Librarian Callie Barnes has visions of reading and relaxing—and maybe having a few too many drinks—on her girls’ weekend away. Her hopes are crushed when her friends pull into a dude ranch instead of a spa, and she refuses to stay longer than one night. That is…until she realizes the ranch is owned by sinfully sexy, and dangerously rugged, Wes Braden—the subject of her late-night fantasies.

Fearless rancher Wes Braden thinks he’s the luckiest guy on the planet when the sweet, sexy librarian from his hometown shows up at his ranch. Their connection is white-hot, making it impossible for either to ignore their carnal desires. Wes is more than willing to convert sweet Callie from chick lit to a world of erotic romance, but Callie ties sex to love, and Wes avoids commitment like the plague.

Callie is thrust into physically demanding activities that ignite her deepest fears. Luckily, Wes is as tender as he is strong, and he’s there every step of the way to help her find her inner strength. With Callie’s influence, Wes might even discover that he’s been nursing a few fears of his own. Passion pulls Callie and Wes from their safe, comfortable lives into each other’s arms, and they’re about to find out just how alike they really are.

Surprise! I'm back with another Melissa Foster book. Actually, its been awhile and I was starting to miss this family. In Fated for Love we meet Wes Braden and Callie Barnes, two people from small town of Trusty, Colorado that are secretly attracted to each other, but are slow to act on it. Wes visited the library where Callie works every Thursday in hopes to see her. Meanwhile, Callie thinks his visits are strictly for the books. Unbeknownst to both of them, their attraction is about to bloom during a weekend adventure at his ranch. Let the fun begin!

Adorable book! Seriously, I think Fated for Love was the cutest of all Melissa Foster books thus far. I adore two characters that are attracted to each other and are either oblivious of it or are afraid to act on it. Wes knew he was attracted to Callie, but he was oblivious about how deep his attraction really was. It wasn't just that he thought she was beautiful, he truly loved her spirit and admired her tenacity. Callie, on the other hand, was afraid to act on her attraction because she sees these beautiful women hit on him all the time and doesn't think she stands a chance. If it weren't for her loving (and rather hysterical) best friends, they probably would have still been dancing around each other. They have their miscommunications, but they work it out pretty quickly. I loved Wes. The man would do anything for Callie and his family. Callie was amazing. She is independent, strong, and smart. I loved that she's able to conquer her fears and become a better person for it. And as with every other Melissa Foster book, there are a lot of lovable secondary characters that I hope will pop up again in the future. Mainly Chip...and possibly Tiffany. Not to mention the kooky trio that are Callie's best friends. Oh the hysterics that happen with these three in tow.

Fated in Love is another Melissa Foster book to add to my favorites. I love the mixture of sweet and sexy. The sweet moments between Wes and Callie are adorable and swoon-worthy. The sexy times are pretty dang spicy, but not too spicy. I highly recommend them to any fan of contemporary romance.

"What sets Melissa Foster apart are her compelling characters who you care about... desperately. This  is psychological suspense at its most chilling. I dare you to read the first chapter and not be hooked."  International bestseller, M.J. Rose
