Lacy Snow wasn’t looking for love when she met strikingly handsome and seductive Dane Braden. But how could she ignore the six-foot-three darkly handsome god who tagged and researched sharks for a living—and made every nerve in her body tangle into an overly sensitive knot? Even her fear of sharks could not suppress their intense attraction.

As founder of the Brave Foundation, Dane Braden travels from port to port, educating and advocating on behalf of the mammals he adores—and spends his nights finding solace in the arms of strangers. The last thing Dane was looking for when he met Lacy Snow was a relationship, and the last thing he expected was to fall in love.

Fifteen months—and hundreds of flirty emails, steamy phone calls, and sensual video chats—later, they reunite and take passion to a whole new level. But as Lacy’s phobia meets Dane’s past love life, their steamy romance is upended, and when tragedy strikes, Dane and Lacy are forced to face their deepest fears head-on as they try to navigate their own sea of love.

It has been fifteen months since Lacy Snow and Dane Braden saw each other. And in those fifteen months, they slowly fell in love with each other. They Skype'd, emailed, texted each other. It couldn't have been more romantic if they sent good old fashioned letters. Its been fifteen months, but now they find themselves staring at each other during Treat and Max's wedding. And it isn't long until they are finally in each other's arms. Everything is going well, until Lacy's fear of sharks bobbles up to the surface. Of course, she now feels like they could never be in a relationship because Dane's love of sharks. Dane refuses to let Lacy go and he goes on a mission to help Lacy conquer her fear. Each of them go through a period of doubt with their relationship, but in the end, they know that they must fight for their love.

I told myself, "Crystal, do not read this in one day. You are going to start scaring people if you don't sleep." Did I listen? Well... Yeah, I started Sea of Love Sunday morning and I finished it Monday afternoon. So technically, it wasn't in one day. I can't help myself. I am loving these books! They remind me of everything I love about contemporary romance - steamy romance between two extraordinary characters. Melissa has created a world with some fantastic characters. I'm having a difficult time deciding which of the Braden brothers is my favorite. So far, Josh is in the lead, but I have yet to get to know Hugh on a more...deeper level. *grin*

As with her previous books, I absolutely loved Sea of Love. I loved watching Dane and Lacy rediscover each other. It didn't take long for them to find their love. I loved how gentle and sweet Dane was with Lacy. For him to take the time to help her conquer her fear of sharks was a sign of true love. I loved that Lacy knew what she wanted and she wasn't afraid to jump Dane. Their little game of truth or dare? Holy Hannah! Much like the characters before them, Dane and Lacy were perfect together. As always, a perfectly fantastic book.

And there are still 2 more books in this series... Sweet!
