Star sports reporter Cameron Ondine has one firm rule: she does not date football players. Ever. She tangled with one years ago, and it did not end well. Been there, done that.

But when Cameron comes face-to-face with the very man who shattered her heart—on camera, no less—her world is upended for a second time by recklessly handsome Seattle Shark Zach Anderson.

Zach has never been able to forget the gorgeous blonde who stole his breath away when he was still just a rookie. They've managed to give each other a wide berth for years, but when their jobs suddenly bring them together again and again, he knows he has to face his past once and for all.

Because as they spend more time together, he becomes less focused on the action on the field and more concerned with catching Cameron.

What is it about athletes that make them fabulous characters in romance? Is it their stamina? Is it because they usually have the body of a God? Or is it because they are so determined on winning and they can put that determination towards other pursuits? I love sports themed romances. Hockey, baseball, football... If it has an athlete, I'm in love. Even before starting Catching Cameron, I knew my Kindle was in for a treat. I loved every chapter in this book. The determination radiating off Cameron and Zach was off the charts. Zach is determined to woo and make sure Cameron never forgets him. Cameron is determined to get to know Zach again and she wants him to get to know her. She knows that her father put Zach and his family through hell and now she's wants to make amends. I loved that the two of them take their time to get to know each other. They are obviously still very attracted to each other, but they follow their new relationship to see where it goes. When they are finally ready to take the next step, things go from sweet to sizzling in just a couple of pages.

I loved the previous books in the Love and Football series. The characters that occupy Julie's world are fantastic. They are fun and funny, sweet and loving, and downright sexy. The banter between the Sharks teammates was spot-on. They were like one big, dysfunctional family - one that I can't wait to see more of. I loved how not only did they stand up for each other, but they were willing to stand up for Cameron. I loved the chemistry between Zach and Cameron. It was only a matter of time before they came together. Everything about Catching Cameron was adorable. I'm hoping that Zach's teammates are all single so Julie will have plenty of characters to pair off. Heck... Zach does have 4 sisters... *wink*

Julie Brannagh has been writing since she was old enough to hold a pencil. She lives in a small town near Seattle, where she once served as a city council member and owned a yarn shop. She shares her home with a wonderful husband, two uncivilized Maine Coons and a rambunctious chocolate Lab. Julie hasn't quite achieved the goal of owning a pro football team, so she created a fictional one: The Seattle Sharks. When she's not writing, she's reading, or armchair-quarterbacking her favorite NFL team from the comfort of the family room couch. Julie is a Golden Heart finalist and the author of four contemporary sports romances.
