What happens when you find your soul mate but she belongs to someone else?

Months ago, famed wedding-gown designer Jax Braden met the woman of his dreams when a bride-to-be came in for a consultation. He’s tried to move on, but there is no forgetting beautiful, smart, and refreshingly real Jordan Lawler, or the loneliness she cleverly tries to hide. When Jordan hires him to design her wedding gown, Jax knows he’s in trouble, but he cannot walk away. As business meetings turn to late-night confessions, their connection deepens, igniting passion too strong to deny. They’re drawn into an inescapable and forbidden love. Loyalties are tested and hearts are frayed, but neither will cross that invisible line in the sand. Come along for the sexy, emotional ride as Jax and Jordan face their toughest competitors yet—their hearts.

Melissa Foster's heroes are a completely different breed. They are loyal to the very end. They are passionate, sinful, and sweet. They're compassionate. They put the happiness of others before their own. They can be rough around the edges, but also professional. All of these attributes perfectly describe our hero from Then Came Love - Jax Braden. He stole my thoughts from the very first moment he appears in this book. The poor guy fell in love with the one woman he can't have. He had to stand back and watch Jordan plan her wedding to another man. Not just another man, but the man he knows is not worthy of her. And while Jax would never do anything to compromise Jordan or force her hand, that doesn't stop him from trying to show her just how great they could be together. Don't worry, there is no cheating.

Fun fact about me is that one of my favorite Braden books is Friendship on Fire. The dynamics between Jax and Jordan remind me a lot of Riley and Josh's romance. I was remembering what initially drew me to Melissa's books back in 2013/2014 and I loved that. And much like those original books, I freaking devoured Then Came Love in just a couple of hours. As always, another fantastic Foster romance!

Coming soon to audio book (narrated by Aiden Snow and Meg Sylvan)
