She decides to seduce him, knowing that when her brothers find out, they will back off from the deal. And she'll finally have her revenge. But when her plan spirals out of control, Katie learns that payback may come at too high a price …

Sara... How do I love thee? Shall I count the ways? Well, we have Eric and Liam. Up next, we'll have Chad, hopefully followed by Brody and Josh. Please? Pretty please?

I am having one hell of a time visiting Sara's Independence Falls. I adored the first book in the series and I absolutely loved the second book, Caught In The Act. In the previous book, we get small glimpses into the sizzling history between Liam and Katie. I loved them in that book and couldn't wait to get my hands on the second book because I wanted to know more. Caught In The Act did not disappoint. Liam and Katie have been in love with each other for years... Possibly before Katie gave him her virginity when she was 18. Liam, wanting the best for Katie, pushed her away in hopes that she'll realize her dreams. On a chance meeting at the side of a road, their attraction is once again sparked. However, things are different this time. Katie is determined to seduce him, but not let him inside her heart. Liam, knowing that this may be his last chance, is determined to win her back. I adored both Katie and Liam. They are strong characters that'll put the needs of others in front of their own. Katie is willing to let go of her dreams to help her brothers and Liam is willing to break his own heart so Katie can move on to her dream job. And let's not forget about their chemistry, It was off the charts amazing. I adored every bit of their relationship.

As the second book in Sara's Independence Falls series, I felt that Caught In The Act flowed much better than the first book. In Full Exposure, as much as I loved the book, I still felt as if there were pieces missing in Eric and Georgia's relationship because of the quick pacing in the book. With Katie and Liam's relationship, I loved the easy progression from the initial spark to them declaring their love. It wasn't rushed and I loved every flirtatious look, every kiss, and every touch along the way. I know I say this a lot, but I really am looking forward to my next visit to Independence Falls with Chad and Lena's book.
