Welcome to Angel Falls, a town so delightful even enemies can't help falling in love!

Angel Falls is the last place Sara Langdon wants to be. Her hometown may be charming, but it's also filled with memories of her "wedding-that-never-was." Yet Sara's grandmother needs her, and joining her dad at his medical practice gives Sara time to figure out what she wants for her future. But when her first patient turns out to be Colton Walker, the man who sabotaged her wedding, Sara starts to wonder if she'll ever be able to escape her past.

As police chief, Colton Walker is devoted to his small town, and he's equally determined to avoid its newest resident. He and Sara have always gotten along like oil and water, and since the bachelor party incident, he's her Enemy #1. But after sharing an unexpected--and unexpectedly hot--kiss, Colton starts to wonder if the woman he's always fighting with is the one he should be fighting for.

There's kind of a funny story with Miranda Liasson's Then There Was You. It was a bit of an accidental one-click. Don't ask me how it happened, it just did. So, there I was. I wanted to read the book, but I also wanted to wait to see how the month was going to pan out. Instead, I accidentally one-clicked it. You know that Amazon one-click syndrome? Yep, it's also happens on Netgalley.

I friggin' loved Then There Was You. It was cute. It was quirky. It's honestly everything I love about contemporary romance. I loved the characters. Not only Colton and Sara, but also the crazy cast of background characters. Colton and Sara's romance is part enemies to lovers, part second chance romance. A fabulous combination, if you ask me. The tension between them was addicting. Their chemistry simmered until an impulsive kiss throws a giant monkey wrench into their plans of ignoring each other's existence.

I just adored the hell out of this book. The citizens of Angel Falls welcomed me with their arms opened and stole my heart. I loved how well-meaning they are when they're driving Colton and Sara insane. I loved Sara's family. Between Miranda's fabulous writing style and her lovable characters, I have a feeling this series is going to be a favorite. Now I just have to wait until January for Gabby's book.
