I had a revelation after reading Tease... I seriously need to read more new adult books. Why has nobody told me this before? I will confess that I have yet to read Foreplay (bad Crystal!), but I could not wait to dive into this book. I started it one night and finished it the following day. I couldn't put it down. I adored Shaw and Emerson. Shaw's sheer determination to break though Emerson's shield was hot. Not going to lie... As much as it ticked her off, Shaw always felt the need to come to Emerson's rescue. Emerson, on the other hand, broke my heart. I knew there was a reason behind the walls and once she revealed her story, I fell a little bit in love with her too. I loved the characters and how they interacted with each other. The closeness between all of the girls was something I wish I had in college. I loved how they surrounded each other with love when someone needed it. I'm so glad that Georgia is next. I think I know who Georgia will end up with, but I will be waiting on pins and needles for the next book in the Ivy Chronicles.
...in the meantime, I need to read Foreplay!
