The seventh and final tale in the dazzling, heartwarming, and pulse-racing Weekday Brides series.

Gabriella Masini: She’s a woman haunted by her past, with the scars to prove it. She believes that fairy tales are for other people. An elite matchmaker at Alliance, she’s great at crunching numbers, but something doesn’t add up with her latest prospective client: a billionaire bad boy with his own secrets. When Gabi refuses to be his temporary wife, Hunter forces her hand with an offer she can’t refuse. But marriage to a man like that could never last…or could it?

Hunter Blackwell: Only his bank account is bigger than his ruthless ability to obtain anything he wants. These days, he has a secret reason to settle down, at least for a while—and he thinks the sensual and sassy Gabi will fit the bill perfectly. But when their marriage of convenience becomes downright dangerous, Hunter must decide how far to take his vow to honor and protect Gabi forever.

As the 7th and final book in Catherine Bybee's Weekday Brides series, Treasured by Thursday was the absolute perfect ending to a charming and delightful series. As with all series of books that I love, I'm so sad to say goodbye to the lovely couples that graced each of the Weekday Brides books. Treasured by Thursday was the best send-off imaginable. I loved the book so much, I had a serious case of "one more chapter" syndrome and finished it in less than a day. I could not put it down until I knew that everyone character that I've come to love had a happy ending. As always, Catherine's writing was phenomenal. She had me laughing as Gabi hurled zingers at Hunter. I was right there as they relieved their past haunts with each other. And I smiled like a fool when they stood tall against each other, neither one willing to break first. I adored Hunter and Gabi. I fell for Gabi as a background character in the previous book. She's a fighter. She's strong and will stand toe-to-toe against (and with) anyone. Hunter will do anything to get what he wants. He'll go great lengths to protect those he loves. Yeah, he was devious when getting Gabi to agree to marry him, but he does it with the best intentions and, of course, he ultimately learns the error in his ways. Together, nothing will stop them. They'll go to the end of the world and back for each other and I freaking loved that. They were perfect.

With the conclusion of the Weekday Brides series, I'm eagerly waiting to see what Catherine has coming next. Until then, I still have the Not Quite series to keep me company while I wait.
