Last Month on the Blog - October 2017

Hello friends! How are we on this fine November day? It's a bit gloomy and chilly here in Southern California. Blissfully chilly, especially after that horrible heat wave we had towards the end of October. Summer certainly had one last punch left in her. October kinda sucked blog wise. I tend to get a little bit worn out towards the end of the year and that certainly happened in October. On the plus side, I did get a huge update done on the review archive and it is now (finally) up to date. Huzzah!

November and December are going to be insane around here. I'm doing my first craft fair in two years, which is super exciting. I'm going to be busy this month working on my inventory, but I am really looking forward to it. Plus I'm going to Laughlin with my dad in just a few weeks. It's like a daddy/daughter weekend where he bowls and I do computer work.

How about you? Any fun plans for November? Are you reading for the holiday rush?

I did a dang good job keeping up on the reviews last month... Or I didn't read as much as I thought I did. I'd like to think it was the former. Makes me feel more accomplished. These three books have reviews coming out in the next couple of weeks.

Trapped (Finding Justice #3)
by Rhonda Pollero

Holiday Wishes (Heartbreaker Bay #4.5)
by Jill Shalvis

Done Deal (The Boardroom #0.5)
by Lynda Aicher

Not going to lie... I could have sworn I only reviewed 3 or 4 books. I was actually surprised to see that I had 5 reviews up a couple weeks ago. I'm pleasantly happy with the progress I did make this month.

The Jarl's Witch by Noa Xireau
Fool Me Once (First Wives #1) by Catherine Bybee
Tell Me by Abigail Strom

Hooking Up -- Helena Hunting
Acting Lessons -- Katie Allen
Deal Breaker -- Tara Leigh
The Big, Bad Billionaire -- Jackie Ashenden
Wrong to Need You -- Alisha Rai
Close Contact -- Lori Foster
The Bachelor Contract -- Rachel Van Dyken
Always You -- Denise Grover Swank

What books are you looking forward to this month?
